We’re excited to recognize Tom Phillips as our Employee of the Month! Tom is always in a great mood and brings positive energy to everyone around him. Whether he’s talking business or just having a quick chat, he makes every day better.

Tom does an amazing job handling orders and making sure customers get exactly what they need. Even with constant changes in the system, he finds a way to make it work smoothly, helping the entire sales team in the process.

Not only is Tom great at his job, but he’s also a mentor and a friend. He’s always willing to share advice and brighten your day with a joke. And if you’ve ever passed his office, you know it wouldn’t be a day at Knoepfler without hearing one of his signature grunts!
