This is the second time I've had my truck repaired here. The service and craftsmanship are top level. Nick, the collision center manager is a pro. He got me through the process quickly and my truck was fixed quickly. The quality of the repair is fantastic. My truck looks better than ever.

Used 2020 Honda Pilot from Knep and took it there for a rather major issue with the front end. I noticed that there were Honda previous employees working there. So I'll keep going back to them. They quoted me a timing belt replacement or upgrade. They were quite lower than the Honda dealer. I used to take my delivery trucks there from the 80s into the 90s.

He is incredibly kind, very communicative, and extremely thorough. 100% earned my business. The selection of used vehicles that we wanted was there. We only had a few absolute must haves. Sam took all of them and connected us with Mike VanWaart. I had selected 3 vehicles. We went in this morning to start looking at them, not expecting to walk away with a vehicle. Mike had the car pulled up and ready to go. I loved that he wasn't pushy. He made us comfortable and listened to our concerns about what we did/didn't want in a vehicle, showed us all of the bells & whistles on my now new to me vehicle and was thorough about answers with all of the questions I had. Overall a 10/10 experience & I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. If you EVER need to visit the service department, please ask for Sam. Not so easy and never as courteous. Because we travel a lot, I know the difference from experience elsewhere. Wish I could take Knoepfler with me everywhere!

I walk in told them what I wanted and few moments later I walked out with the new vehicle. They were fast friendly and everyone greeted me with a smile. They answered all my questions very professional. I will most definitely be back to do business again.

I haven't purchased a new vehicle from a lot since 1988 with my current vehicle being a 2008 model. I left the lot with a fully packaged 2026 Equinox Active as a Christmas present for myself feeling very impressed with the dealership as they assisted me with the financing and giving me a lengthy one on one with all the new technology that is in this vehicle that I had never driven in before. I will definitely be back to Knoepfler when it is time to purchase an upgrade.

We had an engine check light illuminate while traveling back to Wyoming yesterday and Derrick conducted a Savi test to diagnosis what turned out to be a misfire. Many thanks to Derrick who was so professional and polite as he took the time out of his day to check our car and calm our worries that it might be something potentially serious. Hats off to Chevy to use what effectively is AI to keep out car on the road and for Derrick's help.

The scheduled service went smoothly and in a timely manner. The cost was as expected from the information provided before the service started. I will have my pickup scheduled service done here at the next service schedule.

The service department excels in professionalism. From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment to the seamless process of dropping off and picking up my vehicle, my experience has been entirely positive. I also appreciate the timely emails and text messages I receive, including reminders and updates upon the completion of work. Furthermore, I was pleased to receive a phone call from my advisor Tom notifying me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up.

Derek makes bringing my vehicle in so easy. He communicates with me throughout and answers all my questions. He tries to get me the best price option. Derek goes above and beyond and is always friendly. I don't meet the mechanics but want to share my appreciation to them as well. Go Red team! Set up a service appointment at 9:30am Oct. 15th, which then got pushed back to 9:45 (not a big deal). Service was to include Oil change, Tire rotation, Battery Replacement, Coolant exchange. Show up at 9:45am, and get told that there are 2 other vehicles ahead of mine that the technicians are still working on and that my vehicle's service will not be done until after 1pm since there were only 2 technicians on staff that day apparently. As my vehicle is being serviced the technician notices an oil cooler line that needs replaced. I asked to inspect it to see how bad it is leaking and ended up replacing it as well. Which adds an additional hour to the service. By the time my vehicle is finished it is now 3:45pm. My main gripe with the service of my vehicle is this: Why let someone make an appointment for a certain time and not stand by it. The way the online website allows customers to make an appointment for services to their vehicles is flawed and needs to allow for more time between each customer incase a service needs extra time. Either that or have more technicians on staff. I spent 6 hours in the customers waiting room that day for a service that was supposed to be simple and should not have taken more than two and a half hours to complete, even with the additional oil cooler line replacement. I could have dropped my vehicle off and had the courtesy driver take me home but then I would not have been able to see for myself if I really needed to replace that oil cooler line or not. I commend the technician for looking out for my vehicle and noticing an issue with my vehicle (oil cooler line) and replacing it on the spot. But I am disappointed that i had to leave my job early to make the appointment time (9:45am) only to find out that it won't get touched until after the technicians get back from lunch (1:00pm).

Best dealership in town.

While pulling into an overnight campground on Thursday my truck overheated Friday morning I called Knoepfler service for hopefully getting me back on the road (literally supposed to be gone by noon) they fit me in, they found the fault, fixed the issue and I got checked out by 1145am! I'm now 8 hours away and the system is still working great and I'm not stuck until at least monday!! thanks guys commercial division

I have a 2022 vette (which I LOVEand bought it new from Knoepfler) and all of a sudden the automatic top would not open. The service center diligently tried to diagnose the issue and eventually called GM to get some help to fix it. The service center kept in touch with me throughout the process and when I went to pick up the car, not only was it fixed, but my car had been hand-washed, the inside cleaned and I was given a free oil change. I fell in love with the blue Chevy trax LT a few months ago but I wasn't ready to buy it yet and of course it sold. I did not like the blue LS coming next so we went over other options to get one delivered when I was ready. I found the perfect one on sale out of town and told Michael. By the next day that one too had sold, just my luck. By this point Michael knew exactly what I wanted and he found me 2 options! I got a blue Trax active that was an upgrade from the LT and 2RS that I had looked at before and it barely cost any more than the LT I saw a few months ago. The guy that works to get cars from other locations even checked in on my car over the weekend and Michael updated me every step of the way!
