Hi, Marissa. Thank you, we appreciate all feedback. Though our diagnostic fee is competitively priced, we understand diagnostic results and payments can be frustrating. In order to get those results, extensive labor is needed to determine where problems exists. This is what the fee covers.
Everyone was very respectful and took precautions including wearing a mask. However one older gentleman was wearing, but wasnt correctly wearing it over his nose. What was most disappointing was that this person actually got into the customers vehicles and drove them.
It is all about managing expectations. My truck oil change and tire rotation took about an hour. They came out to tell me they were finishing up. I was asked if I wanted a free wash. I consented. I probably waited another 1/2 hour before I actually got my truck back. If I had known the wash would take that long, I would have declined.
Just an oil change. I opted to use one of my complimentary oil changes but upgraded to mobile 1 oil. Guess I didnt expect the difference in costs between the complimentary oil and mobil 1 to be $40.00. Also rotated tires, but dont how that could of been done as the rims have wheel locks on them, so either you have keys for all the different styles of wheel locks or my console was searched or the tires werent really rotated. Also supposed to run it thru the car wash, still dirt on the hood, sure didnt look like it was washed. I gave 2 stars only cause I like the service advisor. Pretty expensive pickup, guess I expected more. Felt like a number and thats all. This one wasnt sold by your dealership but the one before was.
We dropped off a vehicle for service and some repair work. We were informed a couple of hours later of what needed to be done. They preformed the work and we picked up the vehicle a couple of hours after that.
