Thank you for the five star review. Often times, our team will park vehicles in our outdoor lot next to the service bay once the vehicle is finished to keep the bay operating. The bay can get full and very busy sometimes. However, you can always request that we bring the car in for you. Our team would be happy to pull it in from outside once you arrive. Thank you for your business. We appreciate you.
Car bay was full. Waited outside for 5 minutes. Cars didn’t move, no one said a word to me so I reversed and parked my car in the rain. Came into shop and waited longer because “my advisor” wasn’t there yet. I don’t understand why other advisors can’t check someone in? My advisor showed up then asked me to go back out in the rain to pull my truck into the shop now that the cars were cleared, which was beyond annoying. Everything after the check-in process was fine.
Hi, Audry - You are absolutely right, this could have been handled better on our end. We are very sorry. Our bay gets filled unexpectedly sometimes with vehicles being dropped off outside of scheduled apt times and for other various reasons. We try our best to accommodate this. However, by no means, should this impact your experience, or anyone who shows up on-time for their scheduled appointment. Thank you for your feedback. It allowed us to discuss and revisit this very important process with the team. Thank you. We appreciate you.
-I asked again about a problem that has existed since the vehicle was new. They did not seem interested. The steering wheel squeeks when turning the wheel. It is more prevelant in the morning when cool and lasts for an hour or more. Three years now?
I spoke to Tommy about buying a new set of tires for my daughter’s Equinox on Wednesday. I informed him she would just be in town for the day and that I would like to use my GM card to pay to receive the discount and rebate I learned of in the publication the dealership sent me. We decided on the brand of tires and set up an appointment for Thursday at 2:30, sooner if my daughter could get there. Tommy asked if I wanted the wheels aligned also and I said no, just the new tires. My daughter arrived at the dealership shortly after two on Thursday. She asked if there was a shuttle available to take them somewhere. She was told the shuttle was gone but would be back sometime soon. She waited in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours and then went back to the service person to check on progress and was told they were aligning her wheels. At About 4:45 I called my daughter to see how things are going. I thought they would’ve been done quite a while ago. When I found out they weren’t and that they were aligning the vehicle I called the service department and left a message on Tommy’s answering machine to call me. I also asked my daughter to have him call me and he never returned my call. At nearly 5:30 the person driving the shuttle came to the waiting area and asked if they needed a ride somewhere. By this time the vehicle was nearly done.I had given Tommy my credit card number previously so the bill could be paid with that. When the vehicle was finally finished my daughter had to call me for the credit card number because it was illegible for whoever was doing the billing. I have been very happy with my experiences at the dealership in the past. This was just not a good experience with the service department.
