Appreciated a live personal call telling me my car was due for an oil change. As soon as I arrived, they started work, an hour later it was done, I received a computer printout showing everything they did and checked. Very professional, efficient experience.

We just bought a brand new 2019 suburban and the emissions light came on. We noticed a ticking sound also. We were disappointed that we had to service a brand new vehicle already. We don't even have plates on it yet. Although, we were disappointed that we had to service our vehicle, the service department was very helpful and accommodating.
