MANAGEMENT:

Gordon Pynn, our Service Director, started his automotive management career in 1981 and has been with Knoepfler Chevrolet since 1986.  Service Manager, Rod Hamm received his business training at IWCC and technical training here in Sioux City at WITCC.  He began his automotive career as a technician in 1985.  Rod has spent most of the last 18 years as a Service Manager in eastern Iowa and the Omaha metro area.  He rejoined the Knoepfler Team in July 2009.
