Tell us about yourself: I have worked at Knoepfler for 7 years. I was born and raised in Sioux City. I was married for 35 years, and lost my husband 10 years ago. I have 3 children – 2 daughters and a son. I am blessed to be a nana of 8 wonderful kiddos. My oldest granddaughter is getting married in May.
What is one thing about yourself that your co-workers don’t know? Most of my co-workers do not know my day starts at 4:30 AM.
What makes Knoepfler Chevrolet a great place to work in your eyes? The thing I value most is getting to see 3 of my family members daily - my son Matt, my brother Jerry Felix and my nephew Dusty Felix. Thank you to all the managers that always give me that extra push to do the best I can! Leonard, Rod, Jerry and Nick – Thank you for always appreciating what I do, and telling me so! It helps!
If you could tell our customers something about the dealership they might not know, what would it be? We have a great staff down at the BDC. These ladies do a great job of getting appointments made and helping everyone get connected to our sales team. Parts Department – they all rock! They go above and beyond.
“Nancy Bradley for all the cleanup she has been doing for the sewer problem. It takes a special person to be able to clean up those messes.”
“I will also go with Nancy this month. It was a rough month for janitorial services.”
“I will vote for Nancy too! It's been a tough go for her this last month and she deserves a big thank you!”
“Nancy Bradley --- She deals with a lot.”
“I will vote for Nancy Bradley, because I know of twice this last month I have seen her mopping up the water from the bathroom, and anybody who does that gets my vote!”
