My Service Rep greeted me by opening my vehicle's door when I drove into the service area. He was friendly, verified my preferred phone number. He followed up with a phone call within the hour on additional suggested service. The vehicle was clean when I picked it up at 5 PM. All in all a good experience.

We purchased our 2009 Chevy Impala 7 years ago, new. I cannot believe how poor the quality of this GM product is. It is amazing to me that the transmission in this vehicle went out already, among several other issues we have had with this vehicle. With the advancements in technology one would think this product would be of superior construction. On a positive note, Tad Rystrom is a very considerate and pleasant employee to work with.,
